welcome to the buddy slim family…and may i be the first to tell you about our weight loss challenge ..you can find us in the forum…there are several teams to choose from wildcats, diamonds in the rough, fitness fanatics, super skinny rebel rockstars, and the heartbreakers….we will help motivate you …encourage you ….be there when you feel you have no where else to turn…and cheer you on…when you are succeeding!! hope to see you there soon….we are really losing some weight and getting into shape…we are not starving ourselves…we are learning how to replace our old bad (fatty) habits with new healthy habits!! and its working and we are having fun!! we are all in this together…
