About me:
Ive felt overweight most of my life, but have been seriously overweight for about six years. I have been successfully motivated to lose weight in the past and then lost motivation or routine. My boost to lose weight now is mainly medical - due to being sick and at one point losing the ability to be independent. |
Who I hope to meet:
I'm looking for people I can share my weightloss journey with - sharing support and those small steps of success (and difficulties) along the way. People who help counteract my own internal voice which beats me up when I fail to lose weight or inches or give in to a bar (or 10) of chocolate. |

Im not on any particular diet - just healthy balanced eating. |
