Hey!

I started running in the summer of 2006 and worked my way up to 6 miles 6 times a week. Then I ran off and on, 3 miles here and there until this year. I lived with a girl who is a marathon runner and coach so she kept me motivated to run more and more! We ran 6.5 miles every now and then in the past four months.

I started running 40 miles a week two weeks ago when I got back to MA. It seems like once you can run 6 miles, you can run 10-15 because I just did it without slowly having to add miles! I was hoping that once you can run 10-15 miles, I could run 20 but I don't think I'm ready for that just yet...!

Keep up the good work :)
