Wow, 24pounds since March is brilliant!! I have lost 33 and that is since August 2008!!! It is definitely been a long process for me but it seems to be staying off and I am maintaining along the way so I am happy about that, I don't really mind how long it takes cause I want it to stay off for good this time!!! Well done for dropping the clothes sizes, thats great work! I love being able to wear smaller sizes than before. I was 18-20 and now am comfortably in a 16. My goal is a 14 I think. Don't really follow a diet plan, just count my cals (not all the time though) and try to make healthy choices. I love cooking and tend to cook lots of veg and fish! Tryinf to get regular exercise too!

Hey, I'm good thanks. at 33 pounds down now. I know if I step it up a gear I can get there quicker....I seem to fall off the wagon more than I'm on it though! ha ha! How are you doing? |
