Good morning Rebecca,

So, I read an article with some interesting advice. It said that people trying to lose weight, that kept a journal, were more likely to lose weight faster and keep it off. Why? because it said it made those individuals more aware of their eating habits, and the reasons why the want to lose weight, why they eat, and what makes them happier about their process!

Thought you might benefit from that bit of info.
