Aw sad... breakups arent any fun!
I tend to have girls nights after breakups and we always eatout and then its even more depressing when i weigh myself! lol. Friends are great though :)

Oh yeah just to get in the bikini to show off... I like how you think..haha but hellz yeah!! You worked for it why not show it off..lol There's so many things I wanna do over the summer.. I used to be really active and I wanna get back to that.
Working out in the morning is something I had to train myself to be able to do. I used to get up @ 6am to work out b4 school. Now I really like to workout later after I had breakfast. Some say it's better to workout in the morning because you tap into fat cells and burn it off first and others say working out later in the day is better because your body is warmed up and the workout is more productive.. I don't really think it matters, but I'm no expert. I've learned though if you workout in the morning and your workouts are pretty vigorous, you should eat a little something for energy 30min to an hour b4 you workout. Usually what I do is eat breakfast and wait 2 hours and drink green tea with honey and lemon and workout 30 min after drinking that. The green tea gives me a little added boost. Maybe eating a little something will give you the energy when you work out in the morning.
As far as for exercise, do whatever you like to do. Do you have FitTv? I've done a few workouts on there. Some were boring I admit but some where pretty fun because I like to dance. Or maybe you could turn on some music and dance for little while..create like a dance routine or something lol Hey it's exercise.. you don't need fancy expensive equipment to get in shape. What else do you like to do? |

Girl yesss!! I wanna get in a bikini..lol I don't think I wore a two piece since I was about 5 or 6 and haven't been swimming since I was about 15 or 16. That's something I'm looking forward to doing again!! It's gonna take some time I know, but I can do it!! WE can do it!!
Awww thanks. I took that on St. Patrick's day. Yeah, lot's of ppl get drunk on St. Patrick's, but that's no fun for me especially when I wanna get up in the morning to work out. I do pretty good though anyway cuz I'm only a social drinker. One or two a week is a okay with me |

First of all, wow congrats on that 17lbs loss!! I remember when I lost around that much weight I could fit into all my old stuff and started stealing things from my mom's closet back when we used to be a little closer in sizes..haha She's a sz 8-10 now so that's my new goal..lol
Everyone is different so I can't really say. I think average is about 2-3lbs a week so 25-30lbs in 2-3 months is achievable but you'll really have to work for it!! I used to think since I saw everyone lose 100+lbs in a year I could do the same. Don't be so hard on yourself any amount loss is still positive and you should be proud!!
I don't usually celebrate St. Patricks, but me and a few of my friends went to the bar..lol and we played a little darts with some guys there. They had beer for a dollar among the many other temptations, but I was able to stay in my limit (1 drink) lol I'm not really a big beer drinker anyway so it worked out..haha |
