About me:
I never had a weight problem until 5 years ago when I quite smoking. Then the pounds came on...non-stop. A couple of years after I that, I had 5 bypasses.....guess I didn't stop in time. But I am motivated, I must be. Doctors tell me I have to loose the weight, or my surgery was for nothing. |

I watch calories , including more fruits and Veggies ,
watching nutrition in foods , and eating less. |
Exercise:
Treadmill and an Airdyne Bike. I also walk my 2 adopted Rescue Dogs who were so abused in the past. |
