About me:
First off, I need help in losing at least 100 pounds! I know it depends on myself and my motivation but some support would be awesome too! I was born and raised in Hawaii. I have been married for almost 5 years now. We have 2 Boxer dogs that are our babies. Right now i am not working and will be in school sometime in the near future (unless im too lazy =D) We are stationed at Fort Bliss, tx for now. We just moved here so i pretty much know no one! My husband will prob be deployed for the 3rd time at the end of this year and i dont want to have another deployment go by without me losing this weight. We have tried so hard to have a baby and i know its not happening due to my weight and it sucks because im at the point in my life where im so ready to be a mommy. None of my friends back home need to lose weight and are pretty busy with RL so I cant get much support in that area, and to lose this much weight i think it would totally help if i had support in some form. I spend my time reading, drawing up tattoos and doing tattoos on the hubby or his friends. I also play an online game a lot so theres prob a huge problem of mine because we have a room in our house with just exercise machines but yet i cant get my lazy bum up and in there to work out. I really want to lose the weight and i know i will have to do it the hard way and im ready for that buuuuutttt I really could use support from anyone going through the same. Like i said earlier, i really dont do much each day so i would always be around to give the support back to anyone who needs it.. =) PeAcE! |
Who I hope to meet:
Anyone willing to be around to support me through my weight loss, either with food choices, working out or just a friendly person to talk to. Anyone that needs to lose any amount of weight and needs the same. =) |
Diet:
6 mini meals each day and plenty of water! |
Exercise:
Diff things including treadmill , bike , dog walking , wii fit , and working weights with my hubby |
