About me:
I have had weight issues as long as I can remember. I lose 50 lbs. and gain 100. It is time I take it off and keep it off, and feel better about myself. I have joint problems so the weight is slower comming off than I would like and I give up too easily. I have lost some weight, I weighed over 350 a year ago. I am unsure the exact amount because my scale only goes up to 350. I have a 6 1/2 year old daughter, an 12 1/2 year oldstep son, a 16 year old stepdaughter, and a wonderful husband. I want to be able to do more with them, I am sick of always being too tired to play or worried that I won't fit in the seat of wherever we are going. I am healthy now, but I know if I don't change things soon I won't be healthy for long. I remember when I weighed 180 and I felt great (and could go up stairs without having to take a break at the top). I want to feel like that again. I know throug prayer and support from buddies, family/friends, and the lord I can do this. The background photo on this page is me on my honeymoon at 220#s. |
Who I hope to meet:
Women who will help me stay on track all the way to my goal. Support and accountability is what I need to stay on track.
I have had a lot of craziness lately, but I am trying not to let that keep me from meeting my goals. |
Diet:
Eat correct portions of healthier foods.
Cut down on sweets(chocolate).
100oz of water each day. |
Exercise:
I am walking 3 days a week. I do more when I make time. |
