About me:
I am 18 years old. Attending college and working 2 jobs. My plans are to receive a degree in Special Education Teaching and Counseling. I love photography and after a few years of teaching I plan to take some classes in photography. I have the most amazing boyfriend and we plan to get married after I get out of college. I am joining buddy slim to recieve and give support in the hopes that I will feel better about myself after I reach my goal weight.
My goals:
5 lbs. - get nails done
10 lbs. - buy new shirt
15 lbs. - buy new pair of pants
20 lbs. - itunes gift card
There will be more little things along the way but:
40 lbs. - I can buy my new car
My new calorie intake a day will be 1200 calories hopefully I can stick to it and hopefully it will help me...I am also going to try and log what I eat as far as I am going to try and eat 3 fruits and 2 veggies a day if not more. I going to try and eat only 1 junk food a week and I am going to try and eat very healthy during the day and drink at least 8 glasses of water...well we will see how I do wish me luck...
It is really helping me to keep writing down my meal plan for the days so here it is:
Breakfast: oatmeal, toast w/ jam, 1 fruit and water
Lunch: weight watchers meal/smart ones 2 fruits and water
Snack: 2 fruits or veggies and water
Dinner: changes each night...no fast food unless subway though and nothing to fattening. With 2 veggies and milk and water
Water before the night is over. |
Who I hope to meet:
I hope to meet others just like me who will support me and who I can support so that we can reach the goals we made. |
Diet:
My diet consists of eating healthy and tracking my food on here and also do a weight watchers. |
Exercise:
I plan to exercise a reasonable amount each week and try to run at least 3 miles a month. |
