About me:
Im a married mother of one who is a nurse in a post-intensive care unit. I love taking care of others...just cant seem to do the same for myself. Hopefully this site will give me the encouragement to do what I need to do. I'm a down home cook who needs help re-learning the skill without butter, fats, and gravy!
Who I hope to meet:
I really would like to meet people who can help me with this uphill battle. People who can help me find a reason to do this.
Diet:
Not enough fruits veggies. Too many carbs and fats.
Exercise:

I'm here when you need a boost.  Blog everytime you have something on your mind, everyone is here for the same purpose.  We're all a great group of buddies.  Buddyslim is excellent and were all buddies.  Have a great week.  You can do it.  Don't beat yourself up like I did last week, because I stayed the same on my weight.

gud luk with all your goals, we can all do this together, we are all friends here. I love this website. just write a blog when you feel like you can't do this anymore, it helps get your feeling out in the open. Dont forget to write in your food journal, so you can see how much you really eat.Thats what I do. gud luk again.
