About me:
I am a SAHM of 3 beautiful girls. Last January I began to take some time for myself for the first time ever. I want to be healthy in order to set a good example for my daughters. I have been overweight for a long time but finally have made myself a priority. I have lost 58 pounds in the last year and hope to lose 10-15 more.
Diet:
Nothing specific - self-directed low-calorie ,  small portion ,  high-fiber ,  eat more fruits & veggies!
Exercise:
Primarily exercise DVDs. Walking ,  The Firm ,  Pilates ,  etc. I love them!
