yeah the Centenial ymca has water aerobics and if u join i think they do it based on your income like a sliding scale.. and i think lv athletic club has them as well as 24 hr fitness

You can do it.. just focus on it and make it a lifestyle instead of a diet and important allow yourself one cheat day a week you are more likely to stay on track if u know u have a reward at the end of the week.. :)
