Hey there! I got your note about me being at the weight you want to be at. It's hard work, and it's hard when we weigh more than others because we feel like we've failed in a way. I feel the same way when I see people at 199, or even my goal weight at 150. Sometimes it makes me wonder why  I've gained so much ever since I started High School, and also gained so much after my kids. However, know that with determination you WILL reach your ultimate goal one day! Maybe not today and maybe not in 6 months, but aim at little goals... even 10 pounds as a mini-goal and each time you'll reach it you'll feel ever so wonderful and be at this weight in no time! I have a lot of work to do, and so do you. I don't mind being there for you! We both need support. I'm a very driven, motivated, fierce person but it's not always easy to do things we don't like much (like not eating junk food, exercising, etc.) I KNOW! I've never exercised in my entire life and then something just CLICKED. I bought myself a bike and elliptical, several workout DVD's and weighs and started getting to work. Good luck and keep your head up high, smile and realize that things could always be so much worse! Some people can't even walk, many need many joint replacements due to havig to carry too much weight, and those who don't do anything about it die of heart disease. You won't go there because you'll stay here, get support and encouragement from us and be strong... and lose the weight to be healthy one day. I promise!
