About me:
I gave birth to a baby boy over a year ago and have been struggling to lose 50 pounds. I'm trying to work on making right choices and get my body moving everyday. I was using another blog spot and stumbled upon this one, seems to be a better choice for me for the type of blog I want to do.
Who I hope to meet:

Diet:
I am aiming for a goal of 1200 calories a day and a maximum of 1500 calories.
Exercise:
Hour of cardio 6 days a week and 20 minutes of strength training 3 times a week

Thanks for the booster note! I am LOVING my bathroom, after working out last night, I came home and enjoyed a long bubble bath.. AH! I hope things will be going in the right direction for your father soon, it's so hard when a loved one(especially a dad or mom) gets sick like that. You all are in my prayers.
