Thanks for your advice and tips! I will definitely check that diet plan out. I have been keeping calories low, no sugar, no caffeine and being as active/exercising as much as I can. I weigh in on Monday so we will see if what I am doing is working. If not, I may have to get more creative lol. I know it is going to be harder for us because in the grand scheme of things we don't have that much to lose. Keep up the good work! |

Thanks for the blog comment too! We are pretty much the same size and have the same goal so what are you doing to try to get the extra pounds off? In the past, it has seemed to me like my weight wouldn't budge. I'm very interested to see if I lose any after this week because I think the first week was water weight. I'm just trying to keep my calories as low as possible and doing 30 min on the interval setting on the elliptical along with about 15 min of crunches. Hang in there and stay strong! |
