About me:
I'm a 26 year old stay at home mum, of two little girls. Determined to lose weight!! Very happy and upbeat and motivated!!!

Had my last baby two years ago, and don't want to go into another pregnancy with the weight. I've changed a lot in my life in the last year, but this is the biggest change I have left, and I am determined to change this about myself this year. No more putting off till tomorrow! Today is the day! Everyday is the day!!
Who I hope to meet:
I hope to meet anyone to help encourage me on my way to a slimmer me...and anyone who needs me to help encourage THEM on THEIR way : )
Diet:
I'm counting calories ,  trying to keep the carbs down too!
Exercise:
I do a min of 2.5 miles a day plus weights and calisthenics
