About me:
I'm 19 years old and I am currently living in Liverpool for university. I started my diet at 13st 1.25 lbs. In one week I lost 3.5 lbs.
Who I hope to meet:
People in the same situation as me that won't judge me.
Diet:
Eat whatever I want as long as I am truly hungry and stop when I am full.
Exercise:
I walk into town and to lectures etc but not much else.

Hey Lisa! Thanks for the comment and request! You are right, it is nice to get recognition :) How am I doing it? Well, I log EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth EVERYDAY on www.livestrong.com. No matter how much or how little I eat, if it went in my mouth, it goes on there. I dunno, my whole relationshio with food has changed. I never thought it woule be possible but I am the living proof. I don't crave and think about food all the time anymore. It is GREAT! Again, AWESOME on your loss and keep on doing what you are doing cause it is OBVIOUSLY working ;)

You can do it!  I hope you're back on track and your ganna kick some butt to get and stay in shape and eat healthy!  Have a fantastic week and even if you slip every once in a while don't get done on yourself just use it as motivation to do better.

Hey, the Dirty Dancing workout video is ok.  I've only done two songs, one yesterday and one today.  I like it because they are short workouts but the instructors are a little annoying.  LOL.  But of course most of them are just so that you know what they are doing.
