About me:
I am 27 years old and have struggled with my weight since jr. high. I came to realize that I cannot do this alone and am here to get the support I need. Just a kick in the butt when I want to get lazy and eat way too much.
Who I hope to meet:
People in similar situations as I am that really know what it feels like to be here..and also people who have been here and can help me through the low points.
Diet:
Eating smaller portions and healthier foods. And drinking lots of water.
Exercise:
Walking to start but hopefully working up to jogging and running. DDR on XBOX...such a great workout
