About me:
I am 28, soon to be 29 in Feb 2009. I want to get in shape & get healthy. I don't have any weight related health problems at the moment, but want to avoid them. So, no time like the present to do so.

I have 2 children and a wonderful husband. We married in May 03, and had our first son in May 04. We had our second in Dec 07. I gained lots of baby weight, and now is time to get it off!

I have 3 brothers who I love dearly and my mom & dad are my best friends. I have so many other very supportive friends and feel very blessed to have them all in my life.

I own my own business and love it. I am always busy, but need to take some time to work on myself. I am really bad about just grabbing fast food because of how, well, fast it is. I need to work on making out weekly menus and preparing foods so I can make them fast when I am in a hurry.
Who I hope to meet:
Others who share my love of running, and are looking for a "diet tribe" to help with their weight loss. Other people who understand. I have been battling my weight since I was 10. I have yo-yo dieted my whole life, sometimes my weight ranging from 140-190 in 1 year. (Not being pregnant!) I want to stop the cycle once and for all, and just get healthy! I feel like this site will help.
Diet:
Eat better! 6 small meals a day using the WW Points. High protien complex carbs low fat.
Exercise:
Everyday. I am training for a half marathon now then move onto marathon. Cross-train run yoga.
