About me:
My name is Terra and I have an almost 2 year old son. I work with developmentally disabled adults and I am tired of letting my weight define me. I want to be healthy and a good role model for my son.
Who I hope to meet:
diet and fitness buddies, a support group since i dont have any friends and my family is not supportive
Diet:
smaller portions ,  more fruits and vegetables ,  lots of water and moderation in sweets
