Hey Sue, thanks for your message .  Happy to see you are back aswell, I have no doubt that we will both reach our goals because it is the easiest thing in the world to give up when we are struggling but we prefer the harder choice!!

Thanks for your tip about noodles aswell, I will aim for light but filling lunches and try and include more protein to keep me full.  I am at work tonight so just taking a sandwich for dinner so will have a larger lunch - I'm going for chicken and veggie stir fry with some rice .

So how are you doing? Are you feeling back on track? x

Yeah it is definitely important to be able to have the odd take away etc cuz even after losing the weight I would be having the odd treat like that so it is all about long term planning instead of focusing too much on the short term issues.

You are doing SO well sue, getting so close to your next mini goal! Must be great to look back on how far you have come! Things are getting back on track with me, I lost 2.5lbs at this week's weigh-in and am now 3.5lbs off my 1st mini goal. I WILL GET THERE lol, it has taken some time but the only way I am gonna look at it is I am 10.5lbs down from my top weight and out of the 16stone region so I am making decent progress! lol x
