GOALS: 1. To loss all excessive weight once and for all.
2. To start college totally free from fear of my weight.
3. To renew my vows being the bride I see in my thoughts, not the mirrir.
4. To come completely out of the statistical brackets of health problems including diabetes, heart attack, stroke and hypertension. Not to mention GI issues.
5. To look good in jeans and a flannel shirt, shorts and tank top, long flaring skirts w/belts, skirts with boots!

MINI HABITS:
1. Establish exercise routine
2. Destroy the habit of night eating.
3. Care about what I put into MY body.
4. To eat only when my body calls for it.
5. To stop eating when my body says, "enough"

MINI WEIGHT GOAL: By February 14th, 20 pounds.
How: Core diet/Heart Changes/Exercise
Who I hope to meet:
Other fellow dieters, especially anyone that is familiar and/or doing the Biggest Loser or WW- Core.
Friends are very importatant to me. It is a rare thing to find a friend that sticks beside you no matter what. I am that kind of person and welcome them kind of friends in my life as well.

Hi Michelle! I'm sorry that I haven't been a good buddy lately. This class reunion planning is taking up all my time. It will all be over with in about a month, and I can get back to normal (Amen!). I'm trying the I Can Make You Thin program and trying to eat healthier, smaller portions. I'm making a point of doing a little bit of exercise everyday too. Scale hasn't moved, but at least I finally stopped gaining! Hope you are doing well. Give me an e-mail when you have the time. Take care, Gina
