About me:
I'm 25 years old, no kids, no man...I'm a blank canvas and I can't wait to see what I can turn this life into - and this body! I am a very muscular, strong built person - have broad hips and muscular legs so my frame carries weight very well. I have been over weight since jr. high and been gaining weight very gradually since then. Now that I'm 250 I'm just now noticing how slow I've become and it's just now starting to limit my activities and I hate it! I never cared about my weight (always had bigger things to worry about) but now I'm going to kick some weight's butt! It'd be fun to make some weight butt kicking friends along the way :)

I'm tired of people saying "You have such a pretty face"!!!
Who I hope to meet:
Motivated individuals who take this seriously and aren't sissys! People who can handle my depressed days and give a word of encouragement and people I can encourage as well. And myself 100 pounds lighter!
Diet:
Low sugar & fat lots of fiber fruits veggies and minimal meat. I also need to watch my portions.
Exercise:
I work out 5 days a week. At least 30-45 minutes of cardio and then I do weights for 45 minutes.
