About me:
Hi my name is rose and I'm 26 going on 27 can you believe it! . I've never really been skinny I think the thinest I've ever been was 135 .Back in Dec of 2006 I went from weighing 165 to 135 thanks to a prescription drug that i had bought online it was great it was the first pill that actually worked!! and it didn't make me feel jittery or anything it just took away all my cravings. i slowly started to slack off and have gained it almost all back now weighing 154. I really want to one day be able to show off my stomach. even when I was 135 my stomach has always been my trouble zone no matter how thin I get I doesn't seem to go away!! so this time I hope to lose all the weight the right way and hopefully keep it off!!
Who I hope to meet:
fellow dieters! Girls who have a secret workout routine that i don't know about that will help me attain a flat belly for this years summer!!
Diet:
Kirkland shakes (costco equivalent to slim fast)Cabbage soup diet for dinner (sometimes) eat healthy
Exercise:
elliptical machine squat machine sit ups pull down machine for arms

Thanks for pointing out my 150 break haha! I'm so excited too lolz!

To tell you the truth I am not very active during the cold weather so I'm not sure about burning calories. I do take in a lot of fiber, soy, fruits and veggies so that all probably helps. My main activity during the day is cleaning. Usually I go for a brisk walk but nothing more. I just keep my calories under 1500 a day. I dont eat sugary foods, pork or beef. Thats really about it lol. I went from almost 200 to 125 in a matter of months last year but when I went back to my bad eating habits in December I gained about 30lbs back :(

Hey... Thx for the advice, Unfortunately in my area, no one wants someone to do office work with out excel or word experience, which I dont possess. I am in the process of getting into a pre college school that teaches excel, word and power point... It just sucks that things arent how they used to be. It used to be that you would have no experience what so ever and be able to get a job.

As for dressing... I am very classy for my age. :) I love to dress professional even when I'm not really going anywhere. lol... So I don't think its quite the issue. Thanks bunches for the advice though, really appreciated it :)

Im glad to be back! i was on this site before and just never checked in, but I love it!
I recommitted to my weight loss again in the beginning of the year, and i've lost 4 lbs. I need to step it up though!
