Hello! My name is Ashley, and I'm currently on my way to a perfect weight! I started my journey on July 1st 2008 starting at 205 pounds. At 5'7", I was clinically obese. I eventually got my weight down to 159, the point where I was no longer over weight for my height. I am now at my goal weight of 130! I achieved this in about 10 months. My weight loss was achieved only through diet change.



Completed Goals:

  • Weigh 159 by November 21, 2008.
  • Fit into my size 8 jeans.
  • Weigh 155 by December 14th.
  • Weigh 150 by January 1st.
  • Weigh 145 by January 18, 2009
  • Weigh 139 by ??? ??, ????
  • Weigh 132 by April 10th.
  • Fit into generic pant size 4.
  • Weigh 130 by April 10, 2009.
