I am 43, married and have an 18 yr. old son
I have a dog named Coco who is a beautiful choc. lab / springer spaniel cross.
I have a daycare in my home and have for 20 yrs now.
I care for 7 children.
5 preschoolers and 2 after school children.
I love my job.
I was overweight most of my life and I knew I needed to change that.
This is the first time I ever knew that I was really going to do this.
Sure I have dreamt about it. But this time I am doing it.
Who I hope to meet:
people who also want to lose weight to be healthier and happier and improve their lives
Diet:
around 1300 cals
lots of water
3 meals ,  2 snacks
lots of fruits and veggies
whole grains
Exercise:
lots of walking
mini trampoline
treadmill
DVDs - cardio and strength
water aerobics (my favourite)
