About me:
I am so tired of feeling like the "fat one" when I'm with my friends. Somewhere in this big beautiful woman, there is a smaller and even more beautiful one screaming to get out. I am all heart and I spend most of my time helping others to improve their lives. Now I just want my outside to match the beauty inside.
Who I hope to meet:
I am completely fueled by positivity. I hope to meet fellow "slimmers" that are here to empower and be empowered. I want a community of women who will counteract the daily sabotage that I endure.
Diet:
Decrease my sugar/refined carb intake.
Exercise:
