About me:
A little bit country a little bit rock-n-roll. I am stubborn as all get out and very strong-willed. I am open minded and willing to learn new things. I hate being told what to do and when to do it and I HATE being put down. I am a strong woman who has been through a whole lot of crap and I will not stand for it anymore. I am the best type of friend to have as I listen and I empathize very well. I have never let anyone down in my life and hopefully never will. I get straight to the point ..sorta a blunt person but that is because I am so very honest... whether someone likes it or not. One very loving momma here and a loving person in general. I love reading and learning and spend hours on the web just researching whatever catches my fancy so I can be informed. One of those people who knows a lot about a lot of, but not all about all, subjects. I am Wiccan and proud of it; although I never push my views on anyone. My life is in turmoil right now but I am taking matters into my own hands and being here is the start! |
Who I hope to meet:
People who are real and not toooo happy happy that I can't believe them. People that will let me slack here and there but will make me pick it back up within a week. Someone who realizes that this is brand new to me and I need help understanding which is better...more protein vs calories vs fat; cuz I am lost as to how much of each I need. Someone who will truly check in with me at least every few days so we can hold each other accountable but with caring concern and not a judgemental attitude. |
Diet:
I have never dieted nor do I plan to. I need to eat more if anything , as I only eat 1ce a day. |
Exercise:
Some crunches each day , walk some at least once a week , maybe a dance dvd here and there. |

Speaking of crunches have you checked out Cap'n Crunches challenge in the forums? Holey Moley 900 crunches a week, I just started doing them in little increments. He does have a link for the correct way to do them which I was not doing them correctly and always had a sore neck! Maybe I could do 75-100 a day if I broke them up? We'll see, I'm trying which is more than I did the day before. |

 NOVEMBER
Okay ladies.... it's a new month and another chance for us to conquer and win! Granted we all had our challenges in October when it came to sticking to our workouts. I saw some of you give up and leave the group, even some leave the site. But what was really impressive was the ones I saw that over came all thier challenges and still continue to fight for what they really want, to get fit and stay healthy. And let's not forget the weight lost this month! You inspire me!
Saturday is our first day. I know its so tempting to skip the weekend workout but..... let's not! It's the first day of a new month and I know that I want to put down that I started out really good. And so should you! So I hope you enjoyed your Halloween night, but be ready to get back to business Saturday. Get out there and shake those booties!
