About me:
I am a 47 year old new gramma!!! I have 3 grown children. For the first time my husband and I have the house to ourselves. In the last 4 years I've been diagnosed with heart disease, had open heart surgery, have congestive heart failure and really need to lose this extra weight and get healthy again. I'm hoping so much to find some support/diet buddies here to help me on my new journey!! |

Diet:
I'm trying to eat smarter , watching calories....omitting salt and staying away from fatty foods. |
