About me:
I'm a third year university student. I'm tall but slightly overweight and lacking in muscle. This summer I want to good for the outdoors.

I have eliminated caffeine from my drinking habits because I ended up having an insomnia problem about two months ago. It also makes me waste the morning, which is for early morning jogs.

My life is too sedentary! My hobbys are computer and TV. I can't seem to arrange my life away from these time leeches. I am trying to replace these hobbies but it isn't working as successful as I would like.

I also drink once in awhile, about once every three months. But when I drink I have too much, like six beers!
Who I hope to meet:
I am looking for someone who wants to change their eating, and fitness habits. If local, it would be nice to have a jogging buddy. I would like to meet people who can encourage me.
Diet:
I wish to cut back to a low-meat vegetable high diet. Preferabely 1500-1600 Calories
Exercise:
I want to get into jogging / running become good at DDR. Winter fitness. Some muscle / tone

How did Easter go?! I had one egg, but my lovely other half got me the no added sugar one, so it's an improvement and I don't feel too bad!

thanx Jeff for your concern, to be honest i am kind of confused too that this much weight is kind of too much for two weeks, but i ate tottaly healthy and about 1300 calories , the reason i think is b/c i kind of limited white rice which was my main thing that i eat , to whole grain bread which is healthier and lower in carbs but yeah i tottaly underestand what your saying :)

DDR is so much fun!  I do everything on difficult and a few on expert, but they're mostly too tough for me!  ^_^
