i could not leave you a blog comment!! sad times lol so ill put the replie to it here...

 

i think everyday keeps me in check only if i do it at the same time in the morning as soon as i wake up!!! but dont weigh in at like 9 in the morn...then 7 in the afternoon...your weight will most likely go up due to the fact that you have been eatin throughout the day. and people get discouraged by this! i suggest once a week...but if you do want to do it once a day..do it in the mornings! and dont look at the scale any other time after that!!! oh yea..do it after you pee or go to the restroom lol...sorry if that is gross...but that is the advice i got lol!
