Hello!
I haven't seen you today on the thread so I just wanted to write and say you can do it! I know it is so hard sometimes, I am having one of "those days" myself and have been eating everything in the house. We just have to keep going and put these bad days behind us and look forward to the good ones. We will win this battle!!
