About me:
Married mom of 3 ( 18,15 and 2 yr old) . Worked in the Dental field since 1993. Currently stay home with 2 yr old till he gets a little older. Im a non perfect christian who loves God with all my heart but still tend to be very human and say words i shouldnt say,etc. Im no devil but Im not an angel either,lol, who is though?In Medically Supervised . I started out at 125 lbs pre babies and after each child , like my mother, just kept packing it on. Now 3 kids later, and many yo yo diets and excersize programs later here i am at 251 lbs :(a>

Woman who know the struggles of being "fluffy" and desire to be less fluffy,lol.

Diet:
In Medically Supervised program through MMPC Spectrum Hspt. HIGH PROTEIN. 1200 calories a day max. |
Exercise:
Treadmill , lugging around my 2 year old son , lol & keeping up with needs of my 15yr old and 18yr old |
